Drake West Village
Drake University is creating a housing and retail mixed-use development at 30th Street and Carpenter Avenue in Des Moines. The building will provide street level retail and state-of-the-art student housing.

4th Street Condos and Market Place Lofts
The 4th Street Condos are one- and two-bedroom condominiums offering one-story or two-story designs and an optional study. The condominiums feature a minimum of 985 square feet of space as well as underground parking. Market Place Lofts, a new 52-unit apartment building of one- and two-bedroom units features a fitness center, community room, and a choice of on-site or in-unit laundry.
