Wolfe Eye Clinic was a “for fee” build-to-suit project in which Hubbell Realty Company provided a turnkey facility that the client owns located in West Des Moines, Iowa.  Development services included site selection and acquisition, rezoning and subdivision of the lot to provide a future building site, architect and contractor team selection and construction management.
