This heavy equipment dealer was being displaced from an existing facility and needed a very quick solution for highly specialized space.  The 23,000 SF facility houses office, warehouse, service and light manufacturing uses.  Hubbell formed a design-build team that was able to select a site and have the client occupy within 8 months during the year 2000.  The metal building sits on 8.7 acres and has overhead cranes and a wash bay.  A large exterior proving ground and display area surround the building.  Services provided include: site selection, development, securing municipality incentives and construction management.
