Grimes Distribution Center is a speculative warehouse building constructed in 2009.  The building is constructed of precast concrete and features large 50’ x 200’ bays and up to 28’ clear heights.  It is fully sprinkled and has a mixture of dock high and drive-in doors.  The front elevation of the building has attractive glass front entries and punched windows.  Services provided include: site selection, development, securing municipality incentives and general contractor.
