This 20,000 SF warehouse and office was a build-to-suit for Feiereisen, a printing firm.  Increased business in the Cedar Rapids market pushed them to open this second location.  The building is situated on a 3.5 acre lot in the Broadway Business Park in Polk County.  The pre-engineering metal building frame has metal siding and a metal roof, complemented with a partial brick front elevation.  It is finished with a 500 SF office area and was finished in 2006.  Services provided include: site selection, development and general contractor.
