Drake University is now able to offer state-of-the-art suite-style student housing to an expanding student body. FEH Architects, Inc. successfully blended architectural styles in the historic Drake neighborhood and Drake campus to create a very modern look and feel.

The three-building complex incorporates many amenities attractive to today’s student including two modern fitness centers, game room, group study rooms with floor-to-ceiling dry-erase boards, access to satellite television services and wireless high-speed Internet. The units are suite-style apartments and are fully furnished. Retail tenants include Starbucks and a local  bar/restaurant. The project also implemented a strict security system, including security cameras and card-controlled access.
