Court Avenue Lofts

This project is the first of a two-phase project on Court Avenue in downtown Des Moines. This 51-unit project consists of one and two-bedroom units ranging from 595 square feet to over 1,000 square feet in size with most units featuring two baths. All units feature open kitchens and living areas, ceilings at least ten feet high, and impressive views of downtown Des Moines. Other amenities include a business and fitness center, leasing office and community room all located on the first floor. In phase two, another 50 apartments and 44 condominiums will be constructed with approximately 8,000 square feet of retail to be placed on street level.
