Ankeny’s rapidly growing population of children under 12
convinced Iowa Health-Des Moines of the need to serve the area with a new pediatric clinic. Hubbell Realty Company stepped in to develop and construct a 15,088 square foot facility along Oralabor Road, directly south of the Des Moines Area Community College campus. The clinic provides primary care, as well as therapy and subspecialty services in a welcoming, child-friendly atmosphere. Hubbell helped purchase the land and selected the architects, civil engineers, and sub-contractors for the project.
