Agricredit
Johnston, Iowa
This office tenant was being displaced by an existing Landlord within 4 months of initial contact. Hubbell immediately formed a design-build team to fast track a new shell building and tenant improvements to house the tenant. Agricredit moved into the facility in 2004, on time. The shell building is constructed of precast concrete with embedded faux brick inserts and has fixed aluminum windows. The tenant space consists mostly of open and private office spaces with standard support areas, some that include raised flooring for technology distribution. Services provided included site selection, development, securing municipality incentives and construction management.
